Zumba® Steps Videos
While learning new steps on the fly during classes is part of the fun and charm of Zumba® parties, some of you have asked for demo videos of some of the Zumba® dance steps for home practice.
We are happy to oblige and provide links below, to official Zumba® training and promotional videos made available to the public in general on YouTube.
Please remember to use common sense and good care when trying any new steps and to take into consideration your personal level of fitness and flexibility, and to consult your doctor before starting this, or any other exercise programme!
You may want to consider modifying some of the Zumba® steps if you find them uncomfortable to execute or if you discover other enjoyable alternatives of your own. Individuality is definitely evident at all Zumba® classes - we are all different and express ourselves through dance with our own unique personality!
