A very warm welcome from your local Zumba® instructors, Silvia and Max!
We make up our wonderful Dancing Venture "Salsa y Sol"! We are based in Winchester and Preston Candover in the beautiful Candover Valley (near Basingstoke), Hampshire, UK.
Our passion for dancing and a fitter and healthier lifestyle has brought us together and prompted us to bring Salsa first into the Candover Valley and soon afterwards to Winchester! We then expanded our dancing and teaching repertoire with West Coast Swing as well as other dancing styles.
When we discovered Zumba® it was like finding a long lost friend, one we didn't even know existed! Finally we had found a way to incorporate fun and dancing with fitness and enjoying a great party feeling too!
We are offering Zumba® 3 times weekly at 3 different locations and we look forward to partying with you to hot Latin rhythms!
