What is Zumba®?
Zumba® is a dance exercise that merges aerobics with dance to infectious Latin American Rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Samba, Cumbia, Reggeaton and so on!
It is a cardio- based workout that helps to tone and sculpt the body. It is such fun, you feel you are at a party and without realising you are actually exercising you are burning between 500 and 1000 calories per hour!
Zumba® is designed for everyone: people of any fitness level any background and any age. The steps are easy to follow and require no dance experience!
